Happy New Year!

I hope your holidays were spent enjoying time with family and friends. I’d also like to say “Thank You” to everyone who placed holiday orders…I hope they brought a little sweetness to your celebrations.

Speaking of celebrations, January 20th is two weeks away and that means only one thing: the Veggie Cakes Anniversary! Can you believe it’s already been a year?! I know I can’t; the time has truly flown by. This first year of business has been great. I’ve learned a lot and although I know I didn’t, it feels like I baked a cake every day last year! There are dozens more photos but this post would be a mile long (and I haven’t even gotten to the good stuff yet!) So, 2014 was a great first year and I’m ready to make 2015 even better! I’ll be rolling out new products in the coming weeks (brownies, cookies, etc.) so get your tastebuds ready. Also, I’ll be featuring a “fun flavor” once a month on Fridays.
